In the second quarter of 2025, several health and fitness applications made notable impressions on the iOS platform in Nigeria. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps showed varied trends in downloads, revenue, and active user engagement.

Flo Cycle & Period Tracker saw its weekly revenue fluctuate, peaking at approximately $847 in early June. The app's downloads tapered off from 8.9K at the start of April to around 4.4K by the end of June. However, it maintained a strong user base, with active users rising from 191.8K to over 214K mid-quarter before settling at 199.3K.

Heartly-Heart Health Recorder experienced modest revenue, with figures peaking at $271 in late April. Despite downloads remaining low, active users stayed relatively stable, slightly decreasing from 2.4K to 2K.

HeartWave showed a dynamic download pattern, starting with 34 downloads and reaching a high of 1.6K in mid-May, before declining to 36 by the end of June. Revenue remained moderate, peaking at $173.

iHeart-Pulse Rate Monitor App. experienced a consistent revenue stream, with a high of $175 in early June. Downloads were sporadic, while active users gradually decreased from 1.7K to 1.5K.

Kegel Men: Men's Health generated steady revenue, ending the quarter with a high of $208. Downloads saw an increase towards the end, reaching 473. Active users grew consistently, reaching 7.5K by the end of June.
